DOSING AND OTHER CONSIDERATIONS
12-week cycle followed by 6-12 week washout period
Timing and whether to take it while fasted or not is goal dependent: If using it for fat oxidation,endurance, or as part of a “lipotropic” protocol, take it while fasted, 30-60 minutes prior to cardio. If taking it to increase intramuscular carnitine stores, for athletic performance recovery, and/or for long-term mitochondrial support, take it with carbohydrates, a meal, or post-workout nutrition to improve retention and utilization.
