FOX04 DRI

FOXO4-DRI is an experimental retro-inverso peptide designed to selectively clear "zombie" (senescent) cells by disrupting the FOXO4-p53 protein interaction. In preclinical animal and cell studies, it has demonstrated potential benefits including reduced tissue inflammation, restored kidney and vascular function, and reversed markers of physical aging, though it lacks human clinical trial data.
Proposed Mechanism and Effects
  • Senolytic Action: Forces senescent, non-dividing cells to undergo programmed cell death (apoptosis) without harming healthy cells.
  • Vascular Rejuvenation: Suppresses aortic and endothelial aging, improving arterial flexibility and blood vessel function in aged subjects.
  • Tissue and Organ Recovery: Improves renal (kidney) function parameters and physical activity markers in accelerated and natural aging mouse models.

Hormonal Support: Alleviated age-related testosterone drop and improved testicular micro-environments in preclinical trials.

      • 8-16 week cycle followed by 4-8 week washout period
      • Daily Dosing (7 days per week)
      • May dose any time day or night, but do try to establish a consistent time to dose
      • Subcutaneous administration

    • Weeks 1-4: Take 8 units (250mcg) once a day, daily
    • Weeks 5-8: Take 11 units (375mcg) once a day, daily
    • Weeks 9-16: Take 15 units (500mcg) once a day, daily
